I eat Tomato, Lettuce and cucumber Multigrain bread sandwich for breakfast which has around 190 calories. I am having the same thing for breakfast from last 2 months and i am bored of it. Can somebody please suggest something which has the same number of calories and is filling at the same time.
You can try out bean salads like soyabean. Just boil soyabean, rinse the water, add diced tomatoes, cucumber, coriander leaves, onion and squeeze a little lemon juice into it. Instead of soyabean you can also use rajma, white chana, black chana etc for variety.
